Collette Alleyne is a qualified Integrative Counsellor, with over 20 years’ experience in Social Care, and in particular, domestic and sexual abuse. She is a qualified Domestic Abuse adviser and has worked and had personal experience of abuse, depression, self-esteem, grief, loss, identity and cultural issues, women’s issues, relationships, and addiction. She also has experience as a group facilitator for peer support groups.
She gives her clients space for them to explore their presenting issues in a safe and non-judgemental way. Change of any kind can seem daunting but together with Collette you can aim to get to the root of problems, find solutions and overcome obstacles to your growth. She also offers African Centre therapy to people of African/Caribbean descent.
She has an emphatic approach to her clients giving them the opportunity to explore their thoughts and feelings in a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental way.
