Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to free yourself from old habits and addictions, and ways of thinking and behaving. It offers a highly individualised approach, so each person who walks through the door is treated as such – I don’t use hypnotherapy scripts, but listen to the words used by each person to describe their situation. This helps me to provide a programme of support to facilitate change in the shortest time possible, while ensuring that the changes are embedded and long-lasting.
I work with a range of clients to support, empower and guide them to gain the changes in life that they seek. I believe that every client has their own inner resources, and that I can help them to identify what is holding them back and how to make the changes they desire.
